Made of tough UV resistant ProtekX™ Extreme fabric with PVC backing for extreme weather and abrasion protection! Top shock cords quickly secure clothing and other items. Two large side compartments with front access zippers and interior mesh pockets. Attaches quickly to rear racks with three adjustable straps and quick release buckles. Bottom shock cord and hooks give extra attachment options. Also features: zip-close document pocket under lid; dual rear zippered gear pockets; three mesh stuff pockets. Folds down for easy storage.
