PowerPuck is designed to put no additional strain on the Diesel injection pump. The rotary VP44 injection pump in the 24v Cummins has a preset electronic limit to the amount of fuel it will deliver. Since the PowerPuck is plugged in between the ECU and injection pump, the PowerPuck is programmed to never exceed that limit.
The Predator's Tunes will also allow for use of the tuner without the DiabloSport® PowerPuck 200 HP right out of the box! Predator also allows for real time checking and clearing of diagnostic trouble codes.
Simply install the PowerPuck under the hood connecting it to the fuel rail pressure sensor and the MAP sensor with its factory interlock connectors. Then run the toggle switch through the vehicle's firewall to have the switch on the fly ability on the puck. Finally, install the DiabloSport® Predator's "Puck Tune" and DRIVE! Can be set back to stock tuning immediately.
